This session continues the work started the day before on the gap between knowing and doing. After naming the patterns of self-sabotage and identifying the belief → pattern → habit → identity loop, this presentation turns that awareness into a concrete action plan: the Self-Assessment and the Personal Contract.
A “Where You Are” section presents the results of a self-assessment completed by participants (8 respondents), covering topics such as the time they dedicate to their own body practice, the evolution of their rates, their sources of income, their annual revenue goal, their current marketing, their relationship with competition, their positioning and how they would like to be recognized, their level of marketing competence, their current mindset, etc.). The central message: these responses do not represent a finish line, but an honest starting point.
The program is structured around nine priorities, presented as the pillars of a “house” to build:
- Your Ambition — Define a concrete growth target.
- Your Engagement — Allocate realistic time to work on it.
- Technique — Assess your skills and personal practice.
- Finances — Clarify revenue, costs, and real margins.
- Marketing & Communication — Ensure clarity and visibility.
- Mindset & Schemas — Identify limiting thoughts and put them into action.
- Well-Being Foundations — Build sustainable personal reserves.
- Your Assembly — Visualize the whole structure as a house (roof, commitment, four pillars, well-being as the foundation).
- Your One Priority This Year — Choose ONE defining priority among all these dimensions, the one that will move everything else forward.
Closing message: A year with five priorities has no clear direction; a year with one clear priority does. The secret to keeping your contract is not perfection, but staying present with yourself, day after day.
